Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers - General

Your $350 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than four weeks in advance, we will retain $100 and offer you the option of either a Gift Certificate for $250 or a donation tax receipt for $250. If you cancel less than four weeks in advance, we will retain the full deposit. If we need to cancel, we'll give at least four weeks notice and a full refund.

Summer Program – To Transfer to Another Program or to “Attendee”

To transfer from one program to another program

If you wish to transfer from one program to another 15 days or more in advance of the program start day, there are no financial implications for this (with the exception of possible differences in your program supply fees). 

Note: the program you wish to transfer into must have space available.

Within 15 days of your program start day, Naramata Centre requests that participants not transfer programs due to our leader and other arrangements being in place. However, if there is a reason why you wish to request a program transfer within this time frame, you may contact our Summer Program Director, who will make the decision on a case-by-case basis.

Note: if you are “waitlisted” for a program in which space becomes open, you may transfer to that program up to the program start day.

Changing from being a participant in a program to no adult morning program

If you wish to change from being a program participant to no adult morning program 15 days or more in advance of the program start day, you will be charged the attendee fee and refunded the balance of your program tuition.

If you change from being a program participant to no adult morning program  less than 15 days in advance of the program start day, Naramata Centre will refund 50% of the difference between the program tuition fee and the no adult morning program fee.
