Naramata Centre offers a four phase training program for people wishing to develop the gift and skill of healing hands within the Christian tradition. Each phase in the Curriculum is a prerequisite for the next. All phases are offered at the Centre. Phase 1 and 2 courses are often also available in congregational settings. Phase 3 and 4 courses are offered only at Naramata Centre.

Phase 1

An introduction to the basic concepts of the Christian ministry of healing hands with an emphasis on learning how to be an instrument of God's healing power. 15 hours of instruction, typically presented in a weekend workshop.

Phase 2

Two workshops, each 10 to 15 hours in length, which may be taken in any order.

Where Two or More Gather
Basics of group healing work, healing sequences for the back, new sequences.

Healing from the Heart
Deepening the heart connection to God, new healing sequences, assessment.

Phase 3

Communion of Saints
A 20 hour workshop of advanced healing work in a retreat centre setting. Participants deepen their skill and understanding of healing work and engage in their own healing process.

Phase 4

Practicum A
A five day residential program marking the beginning of a year of supervised study in one's home community with the support of a Mentor.

Practicum B
A four day program to complete the period of mentorship and present assignments.

Naramata Centre also offers a number of advanced programs for those wishing to qualify as an Instructor in the Healing Pathway, or those seeking further development and expertise.
