We apologize for this major inconvenience to you.  We want this process to run smoothly and fairly. For people who are out of the country on this date, please contact our office register@naramatacentre.net or call extension 201. To Register

Register on-line for this summer’s fabulous programs. Naramata Centre accepts Summer Program registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration begins Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 2 pm (Pacific Standard Time). The program, accommodation and meal choices will not appear until 2pm.

Get ready to register Go to our on-line registration program. If you registered on-line last year, your family information has been retained. Update any information and add any new participants to your family. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can request a new one so as to keep your family information.

We use a new on-line registration system (since January 2011). If this is your first time registering on-line, set your family up with all the family information before registration day. On February 12 you simply select the participant and program. Note - only one person in the family selects accommodation. (see link above under CHANGE)

Fax registrations received after 2pm February 12, 2012 will be entered in the order in which they arrive. Credit card information must be available to enter a fax registration.

Telephone registrations will be accepted beginning Monday, February 20 at (250) 496-5751 Ext 201 or toll free 1.877. 996.5751 Ext 201 (BC/AB). If registering by telephone, please have your credit card ready when you call.

Registrations will not be accepted prior to February 12 at 2 pm.

We ask that you consider your first and second choices for programs and accommodations; also whether you would like to purchase one of our meal packages.

Sharing Accommodations
The names of all family members registering must be included on your registration form. Individuals sharing accommodations, or multiple families wishing to share, must register separately on the same day, indicating who you would like to share with.

Rent-a-tent – Never camped? No camping gear? We have a solution! You bring your bedding/sleeping bags and towels. We provide a great tent, already pitched on a platform. It sleeps four people on four mattresses and includes a camp kitchen kit for four. Prepare your meals in the new Creekside Kitchen or select meals in the dining room.

Animals on site

We love pets, but we do not allow them on site at Naramata Centre. There are many reasons for this policy, not least of which is that there is an overwhelming agreement from our participants. Service animals, however, are welcome onsite. Owners and handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their aide animal.

Off-site Accommodation

The website Discover Naramata provides a listing of nearby accommodations which may be available.

Financial Assistance

Through our Heartwood Bursary, we are able to provide financial assistance for persons, especially young adults, families and those with disabilities or special needs. If you require such support, please contact us or (click here)

The information collected on the registration form will be used to register the people listed. We will also use this information to send you news about our courses and ways to support the work of Naramata Centre. If you have questions about the collection of your personal information, please read the Naramata Centre Privacy Policy (click here) or for printed copy call 1.877.996.5751 (AB & BC) or 250.496.5751, ext 200.
